Through our multiple fundraises, Edgewood Capital and its partners have been able to acquire 330 units valued over $60 million dollars.

Some of our most recent projects:

Wyndham Tulsa is currently an 11-story hotel in Tulsa, OK, featuring 317 guest rooms and suites. We are currently converting the hotel to a 160 room low income senior housing development.
 
Current hotel amenities include a 24/7 business center, a fitness center, an outdoor pool and Tulsa’s only indoor water playland called Leapin’ Louie’s Lagoon. Additionally, there are 20 meeting rooms on the first and second floors totaling 14,000 square feet, typically used for large conferences. There are two restaurants onsite.

 

 Oak Towers is an acquisition and rehab of a vacant 75-unit affordable housing property in Newark, NJ

The project consists of two buildings, 5-stories each. The entire project is covered by an updated project-based Section 8 HAP Contract for a period of 20 years.

 This project will also include Low income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). 



This is an acquisition and rehab of an 80 unit rental project in SW Atlanta.  The project consists of 8 buildings. The goal is to deliver renovated apartments to the community at affordable rents including accepting programs like Section 8.
